If you do not use your camcorder for about 6 months, the date and time settings may be released (bars may appear) because the built-in rechargeable battery in your camcorder will have been discharged. First, set the year, then the month, the day, the hour and then the minute.

Press DATE (or TIME) and then press TIME (or DATE) to simultaneously display the date and time indicator. Press DATE and/or TIME again. The date and/ or time indicator disappears. If your TV/VCR has a 21-pin connector (EUROCONNECTOR) – CCD-TR748E only Use the 21-pin adaptor supplied with your camcorder. Superimposing a title To use the custom title If you want to use the custom title, select step 2. Making your own titles To change a title you have stored In step 3, select CUSTOM1 SET or CUSTOM2 SET, depending on which title you want to change, then press the SEL/PUSH EXEC dial. Turn the SEL/PUSH EXEC dial to select [C], then press the dial to delete the title. The last character is erased. Enter the new title as desired. If you take 5 minutes or longer to enter characters in the standby mode while a cassette is in your camcorder The power automatically turns off.
Using the built-in light Использование встроенной подсветки You can use the built-in light to suit your shooting situation.
