training. You can base the training on
how long time you want to train or on
what distance you want to cover. You
can also base it on a previous training
route which has GPS data.

Tracker application is approximate.

To start a training session

Select Menu > Location services >
Tracker > Start training.

Select a training type.

Scroll to an item, select Edit and enter
the data.

To save, select Done.

To start training, select Start.
To switch between training views

During a training session, press
or
to view information on training
duration, progress and live comparison
with a previous session.
To compare results during training
1
Select Menu > Location services >
Tracker > Start training.

Select Route based.

Scroll to Route:, select Edit and select
a route.

Scroll to Live compare and select Edit.

Scroll to the result you want to
compare with and select Compare.

Select Done and then Start.
A GPS location is required before results
can be compared. For more information,
see Using GPS on page 51.
To end a training session manually

During a training session, select
Pause > End.
Results
The training result is shown after a
session is ended. You can view past
results anytime, and compare them if
they have GPS data.
To view a training result

Select Menu > Location services >
Tracker > Results.

Scroll to a month and select View.

Scroll to a date and select View.
4
Select a training result. If you have used
laps, press or to view result per lap.
To compare results
1
Select Menu> Location services >
Tracker > Results.
