To wipe any water off the gaps or the following
parts, tap the terminal against a dry, clean cloth or
similar material about 10 times.

Wipe off water drained from the terminal with dry,
clean cloth etc., and dry naturally.
If water drops remain inside of the terminal after
water is wiped, such water may be oozed.
Do not wipe off water remaining in gaps directly
with a cotton swab etc.
Dry the terminal naturally for about 3 hours at
room temperature.
Check the following before and after
charging.
Check if the terminal is not wet. Never charge
the battery when the terminal is wet.
Accessories and optional devices are not
waterproof/dustproof.
When charging the battery when or after the
terminal is wet, adequately drain it and wipe
off water with a dry, clean cloth etc.
Do not use the AC adapter in a bathroom,
shower room, kitchen, lavatory, or other
humid area. Doing so may cause fire or
electric shock.
Do not touch the AC adapter with wet hands.
Doing so may cause electric shock.
Never connect the microUSB plug if the
terminal is wet. Although the terminal is
waterproof, inserting the microUSB plug into
a wet jack may cause a short circuit during
charging due to moisture or foreign matter on
the jack or plug. This can cause excessive heat,
malfunction, fire, burn injury, electric shock,
etc.
