To scan a business card
1 From Standby select Main menu >
Organizer > Business card scanner.
2 Select Capture to activate the
camera.
3 Take a picture of the business
card by pressing the camera
button. You can add the scanned
information to your contacts now
or you can do this later.
To add business card details to
Contacts
1 Scan a business card, or open a
previously scanned card in Main
menu > Organizer > Business card
scanner > Browse.
2 Select Process.
3 Adjust the contact entry fields if
necessary.
4 Select Save
Editing contacts
To add a field to a contact
1 From Standby select Main menu >
Contacts.
2 Scroll to a contact and select
More > Edit contact.
3 Select More > Add field and mark
a field.
4 Select Add.
To edit a contact on the SIM card
1 From Standby select Main menu >
Contacts.
2 Select More > View folder > SIM.
3 Scroll to a contact and select
More > Edit contact.
To add a stored picture to a
contact
1 From Standby select Main menu >
Contacts and scroll to a contact.
2 Select More > Edit contact.
3 Scroll to the Picture field and
select Edit.
4 Choose Select and scroll to a
picture you want to add.
5 Choose Select > Save.
To add a personal ringtone to a
contact
1 From Standby select Main menu >
Contacts and scroll to the desired
contact.
2 Select More > Edit contact.
3 Select the audio tab .
4 Scroll to the Ringtone: drop-down
menu and select Open > Find
sound.
5 Scroll to the sound you want to
add.
6 Choose Select.
7 Select More > Save.
