Phone Book

When you have entered phone numbers into the SIM Phone Book it may become disorganized with names in

upper case and duplicates. The Phone Book feature helps you organize the phone book in an easy way. In the

Phone Book view you are able to:

z Add a Number

z Edit a Number

z Delete a Number

z Arrange the Numbers

z Import Phone Book Lists

z Export Phone Book Lists

Add a Number

To add a number to a Phone Book:

1. In the List view, click on either the

SIM Phone Book

Saved Phone Book

icon.

2. Select

Add New

from the

Phone Book

menu.

3. In the pop-up dialog box, enter the name and number in their respective text boxes.

4. Click

Note:

The length of a Phone Book name may be limited by the SIM

card. To copy a name from PC memory to

the SIM card it may be necessary to shorten it first.
