Base your training session on a
specific lap distance to keep track of
the time spent per lap.
To set a lap distance

Base your training session on a
specific time interval to keep track of
the distance covered per interval.
To set a lap time

Auto stop session
Set a number of laps after which the
training session automatically stops.
To set the auto stop session

Lower speed limit
Set a minimum speed limit. The phone
sounds if you are running slower than
the set lower speed limit.
To set a lower speed limit

Upper speed limit
Set a maximum speed limit. The
phone sounds if you are running faster
than the set upper speed limit.
