Alarm clock, calendar, tasks, profiles, time and
date, SIM card lock, etc.
Alarm clock
Set an alarm for a specific time. You can also set an
alarm to recur on specific days. The alarm signal is
on even if the phone is set to silent or turned off.
The radio can also be used as an alarm.
To use alarms
} Organizer } Alarms and select an option:
• } Alarm set a time } Save.
• } Recurrent Alarm. Set a time and select days }
Mark } Done.
• } Alarm Signal } Radio or Sounds.
To snooze or turn an alarm off
To turn the alarm signal off when it rings, press any
key, if radio is selected as alarm signal } Snooze. If
you do not want the alarm to be repeated } Turn
Off.
To cancel an alarm
} Organizer } Alarms } Alarm } Turn Off.
Calendar
You can use the calendar to keep track of important
meetings. The calendar can be synchronized with a
computer calendar or with a calendar on the Web
% 62 Synchronizing.
Appointments
Add new appointments or use existing
appointments as templates. You can also set
reminders for appointments.
To add a new appointment
1 } Organizer } Calendar and select a date }
Select } New Appointment } Add.
2 Enter details and confirm each entry.
To view an appointment
1 } Organizer } Calendar and select a day
(appointment days marked in bold).
2 Select an appointment } View.
To view a calendar week
} Organizer } Calendar } More } View Week.
If you choose Radio as the alarm signal, please make
sure that the handsfree is connected to the phone.
