Entering letters
There are two ways of entering letters
when writing a message or writing a
name in contacts:
• Multitap text input
Press each key as many times as
needed to show the letter you want.
• T9™ Text Input
Press each key only once, even if the
letter you want is not the first letter on
the key.
- Press a number key and } Call to speed dial.
Press and hold to set the phone to silent. The alarm signals even if
the phone is set to silent. Turn off the ringtone when receiving a call.

zoom in when using the camera.
increase the volume during a call, or when using the WALKMAN™
player.
Press and hold to go back one track.
Quickly press twice to reject a call.
Press and hold to voice dial, alternatively say your magic word (if set)
