The clock is not on time.
･ The clock time may become wrong
while turning on the power for a long
time. Check if Auto time adjust via
network is set to on and turn the power
off and on in a place with strong radio
wave conditions.

Cannot make a call even if you press the dial

･ Check if you activate the SIM card
lock.

or call again at other time.
