❖Information
･ You can adjust the ear speaker volume only during
a call.

Press m when a call is
received.
❖Information
･ You can also press p to mute the ringtone for an
incoming call.
･ To change ringtone volume other than when
receiving, press up or down of m on the
Home screen to adjust the ringtone volume.
By using the call option during a call, you can
make a call on hold or mute the microphone.
❖Note
･ Do not bring the FOMA terminal close to your ear
with the speakerphone ON to avoid hearing
damage.
In the call log, missed ( ), received ( ),
and dialed ( ) calls are displayed with the
icons.
When you have missed calls, appears in
the status bar.

Drag the status bar downwards.

Tap [Missed call].

Call Options
Hold During a call, press t, tap [Hold].
To cancel hold, while a call is on hold,
tap [Retrive call].
･ To set a call on hold, "Call waiting"
subscription is required. (P.74)
Contacts Display the contacts list during a call.
Speaker Set speakerphone ON/OFF.
･ When the speakerphone is ON, a
speakerphone icon appears in
the status bar.
Mute Set muting ON/OFF of the microphone
during a call.
･ When the microphone is muted, a
mute icon appears in the status
bar.
Dialpad Enter the phone number to add to
make a call.
･ The ongoing call is automatically on
hold.
･ To add a call, "Call waiting"
subscription is required. (P.74)
