Voice/Videophone Calls
Placing a Voice/Videophone Call
Check the radio wave condition and enter a phone number.
Example: Placing a voice call

Enter a phone number in the stand-by display.

You can enter a phone number of up to 80 digits.
ˎ
Make sure to include the area code, even for a local call.
When you press the wrong number
Press to delete the entered digits one by one from the right.
Press for over a second to delete all digits.

A ringing sound is heard when the call is connected.
To place a videophone call
Press (V.phone). When the call is answered, your image is sent to
the recipient and the call is switched to the hands-free operation that
allows you to hear the recipient’s voice from the speaker.
When 2in1 is set to the Dual mode
Select [Number A]/[Number B] (P.352).
When a busy tone sounds
The line is busy. Press to hang up and call again after a while.
When you hear a guidance
Call again according to the guidance.
