You can add new tasks or reuse
existing tasks.
To add a task

From stand-by select
Menu > Organizer
> Tasks
.
2 Scroll to New task and select Add.
3 Select an option.
4 Enter details and confirm each entry.
To view a task

From stand-by select
Menu > Organizer
> Tasks
.
2 Scroll to a task and select View.
To reuse an existing task

From stand-by select
Menu > Organizer
> Tasks
.
2 Scroll to a task and select View.
3 Select Options > Edit.
4 Edit the task and select Cont.
5 Choose to set a reminder.
To send a task

From stand-by select
Menu > Organizer
> Tasks
.
2 Scroll to a task and select Options
> Send.
3 Select a transfer method.
To set when reminders should sound

From stand-by select
Menu > Organizer
> Tasks
.
2 Scroll to a task and select Options
> Reminders.
3 Select an option.
Notes
You can make notes and save them.
You can also show a note in standby.
To add a note

From stand-by select
Menu > Organizer
> Notes
.
2 Select New note > Add.
3 Write a note and select Save.
To show a note in standby

From stand-by select
Menu > Organizer
> Notes
.
2 Scroll to a note and select Options
> Show in standby.
A reminders option set in calendar

Make sure the receiving device supports
the transfer method you select.
