Using the camera
Your Cyber-shot™ camera has 5.0
MP with auto focus, face detection
and photo flash. You can use the light
when recording videos.
To activate the camera
• Open the slide-out lens cover.
To take a picture
1 Activate the camera and press or
to scroll to .
2 Press halfway down to use auto
focus.
3 When the dot and focus frame are
green, press fully down to take a
picture. The picture is automatically
saved on the memory card, if a
memory card is inserted. If not, the
picture is saved in the phone memory.

Do not record with a strong light source
in the background. Use a support or the
self-timer to avoid a blurred picture.
