Alarm clock, calendar, tasks, profiles,

Alarms
You can set the alarm signal as a
sound.
To set an alarm
1 From standby select Menu } Alarms.
2 Scroll to alarm and select Edit.
3 Select Time: } Edit.
4 Set a time and select OK.
5 Select Save.
To set a recurrent alarm
1 From standby select Menu } Alarms.
2 Scroll to an alarm and select Edit.
3 Scroll to Recurrent: and select Edit.
4 Select Save.
To set an alarm signal
1 From standby select Menu } Alarms.
2 Scroll to an alarm and select Edit.
3 Scroll to Alarm Signal: and select Edit
and select a sound.
4 Scroll to an option and select Save.
To turn an alarm signal off when it
sounds
• Select Snooze.
To turn off an alarm
• Select Turn Off.
Calendar
The calendar can be synchronized
with a computer calendar or with a
calendar on the Web

Appointments
You can add new appointments or
reuse existing appointments.
To add a new appointment
1 From standby select Menu }
Organizer } Calendar.
2 Select a date.
3 Scroll to New Appointment and select
Add.
4 Enter the information and confirm
each entry.
5 Select Save.
To view an appointment
1 From standby select Menu }
Organizer } Calendar.
2 Select a day.
3 Scroll to an appointment and select
View.
To reuse an existing appointment
1 From standby select Menu }
Organizer } Calendar.
