to turn off the reminder. A reminder
option set in the calendar affects
a reminder option set in tasks.
Navigating in your calendar
Press , , and to move
between days or weeks. In the monthly
and weekly views, you can also use
the keypad as follows.
Calendar settings
From standby select Menu
} Organizer } Calendar } More to
select an option:
• View week – view the week’s
appointments.
• New appointm. – add a new
appointment.
• Change date – go to another date in
the calendar.
• Advanced – find an appointment,
set reminders or select a start day
for the week.
• Delete – delete old or all
appointments.
• Help – for more information.
Exchanging appointments
Exchange appointments using
a transfer method. You can also
synchronize appointments with
a computer % 41 Synchronizing.
To send an appointment
• Select an appointment in the list for a
certain day } More } Send and select
a transfer method.
