Replacing Your Phone’s Covers
Making and receiving calls
1 Press and briefly hold to turn on your phone.
2 Enter your PIN (Personal Identity Number), if you
have one for your SIM card. Your PIN is provided by
your service provider.
3 Enter the area code (if necessary) and phone number
and press
Call to make the call.
1 Place the appropriate keypad in
the new cover, pressing firmly
until the keys are properly in
place.
2 Locate the tab on the top of the
cover.
3 Holding the front cover at an
angle, as shown in the
illustration, insert the tab into
the notch on the phone.
4 To replace the back cover, see
“Replacing the Back Cover” on
page 14.
If any keys are not functioning
properly, remove your front cover
and adjust your keypad.
Note!
If you make a mistake while entering your PIN,
delete the wrong number by pressing
C.
Note!
If you enter the wrong PIN three times in a row,
the SIM card is blocked and the message
PIN
blocked
appears. To unblock it, you need to
enter your PUK (Personal Unblocking Key).
Your PUK is provided by your service provider.
