It will only fit one way. Do not force it. If the wires are not positioned properly, the back cover may not slide up easily.

Insert the SIM card by doing the following: 1 Unlock the SIM card slot by sliding the plastic bar up toward the top of the phone. Turn the phone upside down and the SIM card slot will unhinge allowing you access to the SIM card holder. 2 Slide the SIM card into the slot formed by the plastic holders.
