Introduction and Safety Precautions Introduction SAFETY PRECAUTIONS Sonnet’s Fusion 400 4-bay Serial ATA (SATA) drive enclosure combines the versatility of hot-swap functionality with support for the fastest 3.5" SATA drives in a compact package. This enclosure supports 3Gb/s drives and is backward compatible with 1.5Gb/s drives, so you’ll get maximum flexibility in choosing drives for years to come. Drive Installation and Enclosure Setup 1. Remove the Fusion 400 from its packaging, and place the enclosure near the computer to which it will be connected. 2. Remove a drive tray from the enclosure by pulling on its lever, and then sliding it out.
