INSTRUCTIONS D’INSTALLATION
Abstract Rhythms Series - LED Pendant
Important
• Always disconnect the power before installing or replacing bulbs and before cleaning or other maintenance.
• Consult a qualied, licensed electrician to ensure correct branch circuit conductor.

1. Shut off power to the outlet box (A).
2. Determine the height at which the xture is to be hung. Insert the
steel cable (B) through the lock (C) and adjust to the desired length.
To shorten the cable, push the cable (B) up and it will be locked
automatically. To lengthen the cable, lift up on the cable and push
up on the lock (C). While keeping the lock depressed, lower the cable
to the desired length. Release the lock to set (Fig. 1).
3. Use the screwdriver (D) to loosen the set screw (E). Adjust the power
cord (F) to the desired length. Secure the set screw to set.
4. Loosen the screws on the safety cable coupling (G) and undo
the loop. Pass the safety cable through a hole on the mounting plate (H)
and insert the end back through the coupling to form
a loop. Tighten the coupling screws to secure the safety cable. (Fig. 2).
5. Attach the mounting plate (H) to the outlet box (A), secure with
outlet box screws (J).
6. Reserve LED driver (K), extra cord (F), and cable (B) in the canopy (L).
7. Make appropriate electrical connections using wire nuts:
a. Connect the LED driver’s (K) live wire (black) to the
live outlet box wire.
b. Connect the LED driver’s (K) neutral wire (white) to
the neutral outlet box wire.
c. Connect the xture’s ground wire (green or uncoated)
to the ground outlet box wire.
d. Carefully place connections in outlet box (A).
8. Install the canopy (L) to the mounting plate (H)
using the mounting screws (M).
9. Restore power to the xture.
Note
• This xture is dimmable with Electronic Low Voltage (Trailing-Edge), Incandescent (Leading-Edge), and 0-10V type
dimmers only.
Care Instructions
• Dusting: Use a clean, dry cloth.
• Cleaning: To protect the nish, avoid any harsh abrasives or chemicals.
