LAMP INSTALLATION AND ASSEMBLY

1. Shut off power to the outlet box. (fig. A)

2. Attach the universal mounting plate to the outlet box using

outlet box screws.

3. Make appropriate electrical connections using wire nuts.

If there is no green ground wire from the outlet box,

then connect the fixture wire to the mounting plate with the

green screw provided. Place connections in outlet box.

4. Attach back plate over outlet box with back plate nuts.

5. Install T10 bulb. (not included)

6. Place metal shade over socket and secure with inner pins.

7. Insert plastic washers into glass shade. Secure glass shade

over the metal shade with outer pins.

8. Restore power to fixture and pull chain is hanging off the socket.

This light should be installed by a licensed electrician
