Assembly Instructions

INSTRUCTIONS D’INSTALLATION

1 Light Round Canopy Kit

Important

• Always disconnect the power before installing or replacing bulbs and before cleaning or other maintenance.

• Consult a qualied, licensed electrician to ensure correct branch circuit conductor.

1. Shut off power to the outlet box (A).

2. Refer to the corresponding pendant assembly instructions for any pendant

preparation steps (if applicable).

3. Determine the height at which the xture is to be hung. Use the screwdriver (B)

to loosen the set screw (C). Feed the cord (D) through the bushing (E) on the

canopy (F). Adjust the cord (D) to the desired length. Tighten the set screw to set.

4. Reserve extra cord (D) in the canopy (F).

5. Make appropriate electrical connections using wire nuts:

a. Connect the transformer’s (G) live wire (black) to the live outlet

box wire.

b. Connect the transformer’s (G) neutral wire (white) to the neutral

outlet box wire.

c. Connect the xture’s ground wire (green or uncoated) to the

ground outlet box wire. If no ground is present in outlet box,

connect xture’s ground wire to the mounting plate (H) using

the green screw (included).

d. Carefully place connections and transformer (G) in outlet box (A).

6. Attach the mounting plate (H) to the outlet box (A), secure with

outlet box screws (J).

7. Install the canopy (F) to the mounting plate (H) using the nials (K).

8. Complete xture assembly per the corresponding pendant assembly instructions.

Note

• The outlet box must be at least 4" DIA and 1.5" deep to t the transformer.

• This xture is dimmable with Electronic Low Voltage (Trailing-Edge) type dimmers only.

Care Instructions

• Dusting: Use a clean, dry cloth.

• Cleaning: To protect the nish, avoid any harsh abrasives or chemicals.
