Managing Calls
Making a Call
1. From Home screen or Apps Tray, tap Phone ( ).
The Phone screen with last dialed number,
frequently called contacts, Call history ( ), dial pad
( ) and call options ( ) is displayed.
To dial a number use one of the following options:
• Call history: Tap the call history icon ( ). Tap
the contact/number and tap the phone icon (
) located next to the specic phone number/
contact.
• Dial pad: Tap the dial pad. The numeric touch
keypad is displayed. Dial the phone number
and tap the phone icon to make a call.
To dial an international number, prex the phone
number with the respective country code.
• Frequently called contacts/numbers: Tap the
specic contact/number from the frequently
called numbers to make a call.
Dialing a Number via People
1. From Home screen or Apps Tray, tap People ( ).
2. Scroll to the contact and tap the contact. The
contact details are displayed.
3. Tap the required phone number to call the contact.
Answering an Incoming Call
To answer/reject an incoming call, tap the green phone
icon and slide to the right over one of these icons:
Icons Description
To answer the call, either press green
key on the keypad or swipe towards
right on the touch screen.
To reject the call, either press red key on
the keypad or swipe towards left on the
touch screen.
Disconnect the call and respond with a
quick response from a list of response
text messages.
Adding a Contact from Phone Screen
1. From Home screen or Apps Tray, tap Phone ( ).
2. Tap Add contact ( ). You can also press Menu
key.
3. Tap New Contact.
4. Enter the contact details and tap Done.
Viewing All Contacts from Phone Screen
1. From Home screen or Apps Tray, tap Phone ( ).
2. Tap RSK.
3. Tap All Contacts.
Viewing Call History
1. From Home screen or Apps Tray, tap Phone ( ).
2. Tap the Call history icon ( ).
