Managing Messages
SMS Outbox
Messages that were undelivered to the recipient due to
some reason are stored in Outbox.
1. To access undelivered messages, select Menu >
Messages > SMS > Outbox.
2. Select Menu to display the outbox options.
3. Press the Open to view the message.
4. Press Menu > Resend to send the message. You can
also forward an undelivered message.
Managing MMS Messages
MMS Settings
To view or dene settings for your MMS messages select
Menu > Messages > MMS > Settings:
Settings Function
Profile The MMS prole details.
Send Set the sent message settings such
as delivery report conrmation, save
sent messages, and send mode.
Receive Activate or deactivate the download
option for receiving MMS mesages on
home network, roaming network, and
advertisement messages.
Edit Set the settings for message display
time, and message creation mode.
View Mode Set the message view mode to
automatic or manual.
Write MMS Messages
For sending and receiving MMS messages, you should
have the service subscription. For more information,
contact your operator.
1. To create a message select Menu > Messages >
MMS > New.
2. Enter the message in the text pane. The text input
mode is displayed at the bottom left of the screen.
Press and release # to select the appropriate text
input mode.
3. Enter the message and select Menu. The following
options are present:
Option Function
Add Add a new slide, subject,
receipient in CC to BCC list.
Insert Insert multimedia les such as
pictures, audio or video les.
Attachements Attach multimedia les such as
pictures, audio or video les.
Take a picture Activate camera and take a
picture to insert/attach.
Preview Preview the MMS message.
Slide Timing Set the slide transition time.
Save as draft You can save the message as a
draft in Draft folder.
Save as template You can save the message as a
template in Template folder.
