Using Push To Talk Services
Sonim supports Virtual Pre-Load (VPL) mechanism
which is also known as Stub to install the PTT
application.
1. The device displays ePTT application icon (stub).
2. Tap ePTT application icon.
3. Sonim ePTT application starts downloading from
Google Play and downloads the latest version of
the PTT client.
Launching the PTT Application
To use the PTT application,
1. Accept the License agreement.
2. Click Yes to activate the Push to Talk service.
The activation can also be processed using Wi-Fi
connection or mobile data.
Once the service is activated, the contacts and
groups are retreived from the server.
3. Familiarize yourself with the in-application tutorial to
use the PTT service.
