Exporting Scenarios
You can export scenarios to scripts and archives with the Export command. A script is a text
file that contains the scenario database information, including playback, link, and sync data;
asset and properties information; program playback control data; and project-specific
preferences. An archive, whether saved to a local hard drive or to tape, is a TAR archive file
that contains the scenario script and all assets used in the scenario. Archives are useful for
exchanging projects between facilities, as well as for general backup to a single self-
contained file that is easily restored.

Exporting to a Script
To export a scenario to a script file:
1 Choose File > Export. The Export Scenario to Script dialog opens.
2 Select the Export to Script option.
