3 To enter Primary Volume Descriptor information, click PVD Editor. In the PVD Editor, do
the following:
• Enter the Volume Name, Volume Set, Publisher, and Preparer. Use only uppercase
alphanumeric characters (A–Z and 0–9) and underscores. The scenario name is used as
the default Volume Name, but can be changed.
• Enter the dates for Creation, Modification, Expiration, and Effective. Use only uppercase
alphanumeric characters (A–Z and 0–9) and underscores.
• To include a text file for Copyright, Abstract, or Bibliograph, click the corresponding
button and select the text the file, then click OK.
• Click OK to close the PVD Editor.
