Making Button Highlights the Same Size
If you need to make button highlights uniform in size, you can use the Make Same Height
and Make Same Width commands.
To resize button highlights to the same width or height:
1 In the Track Editor directory area, select the menu track that contains the button
highlights you want to resize.
2 If the Simulation window is not open, select View > Simulation Window.
3 With the Select Button tool, select the button highlights you want to resize by either
drawing a marquee around them, or by Shift-clicking them. Selected buttons have a blue
border.
4 To resize the button highlights to the same width, choose Alignment > Make Same
Width, or click the Horizontal Alignment button in the Alignment palette. The buttons are
resized to the width of the widest button.
5 To resize the button highlights to the same height, choose Alignment > Make Same
Height, or click the Vertical Alignment button in the Alignment palette. The buttons are
resized to the height of the tallest button.
