4 Getting Started

Launching DVDit!

There are two ways to launch DVDit! Either:

• Double-click the

DVDit!

icon on your desktop

• Click the Windows

Start

button, then choose

Programs > DVDit > DVDit

Creating, Opening and Saving DVDit! Projects

To start a new project

Launch DVDit! After the splash screen displays, you see the Project Planner, which

is the starting point for all new DVDit! projects:

You can also open the Project Planner by choosing

File > New

while DVDit! is

running.

Click Start A New Project or

press the Enter key
