4 Click the Advanced tab to select more options:
5 Click OK. DVDit! then creates the DVD master.
Viewing the DDP Report
The DDP report provides information about the disc that will be created from the
master tape. This report is always written onto the tape along with the DVD data.
If you selected
Make DDP report in the Make DVD Master window, DVDit! also
writes this report to the temporary storage location on your PC. The file is called
“DDP Report File” and you can view it using any word processor.
Deselect Joliet if the
project does not contain
any DVD-ROM files
Deselect Use long file
names (ISO 9660) if you
want the DVD-ROM files
to be usable under MS-
DOS

To reset these settings,
click Defaults
Select Use Windows
Temporary Directory to
make DVDit! use the
C:\TEMP folder for
temporary files, or
deselect this option and
click Browse to choose
a different folder (for
example, on a different
hard disk)
Deselect these options
if you do not want
DVDit! to create
temporary files before
writing them to the tape
Deselect Make DDP
report if you do not
want DVDit! to create a
DDP (disc descriptor
protocol) report on your
PC
