Troubleshooting and Getting Help
There are obstructions—tall buildings, trees, or mountains—between your
SOMAport and the nearest transmitting tower.
Your SOMAport is located at the extreme outer limit of an area covered by
the transmitting tower.
If you have a persistent signal reception problem, contact your wireless service
provider to order a booster antenna.
