INTERNET EXPLORER LAN SETTINGS ARE
INCORRECT
If you are using Internet Explorer as your Web browser, make sure it is
configured to automatically detect LAN settings. If this default setting
has been disabled, you will not be able to connect to the Internet.
To check Internet Explorer settings
1 Open Internet Explorer.
2 Choose Tools→Internet Options.
The Internet Options window opens.
3 Click the Connections tab.
4 Click LAN Settings.
The Local Area Network (LAN) Settings window opens.
5 Make sure the Automatically detect settings checkbox is enabled.
6 Click OK.
7 Click OK on the Internet Options window.
8 Close Internet Explorer.
