3. 4.1.1 Install the battery

Follow the procedures below in installing the battery:

1. Remove the cover by lifting it.

2. Align the battery’s exposed copper contacts with the

battery connectors inside the battery compartment, press

the battery down until it locks into place.

3. Align and hook the back cover to the top of the battery

slot and then press the back cover down until it locks into

place.

4. 4.1.2 Remove the battery

1. Before removing the battery, ensure that the phone is

turned off.

2. Lift the back cover up to remove it.

3. Push the notch on the back end of the battery

downward to take out the battery.
