SUGGESTED USES FOR YOUR SOLIS PRESTIGE BLENDER
Food Preparation & Usage Quantity Function Time
Lean meat/poultry Trim excess fat and sinew, 250g Chop/speed 2 10-20 secs
cut into 2cm cubes
Use: mince
Fish/seafood Remove skin and bones 300g Chop/speed 2 10-15 secs
and cut into 2cm cubes
Use: mince
Raw veg Peel and cut into 200g Chop/speed 2 10-30 secs
1.5-2cm cubes
Use: stuffing, filling, puree, soup
Nuts Remove shells 200g Chop/speed 2 10-30 secs
Use: cakes, toppings, pastes
Bread or biscuit Cut bread into 2cm pieces, 100g Chop/speed 2 10-30 secs
crumbs break up biscuits
Use: cheesecake crust
Mayonnaise Mix the egg yolk and vinegar. 125g Mix/speed 1 10-15 secs
Add the oil Blend/Speed3 60 secs
Use: dressings
Whipped cream Add sugar or vanilla if desired 300ml Mix/speed 1 20 secs
Use: topping Pulse 1-2 times
Herbs/spices Whole or halved 1 cup Chop/speed 2 20-30 secs
