REMOVING BLOCKADE IN THE CONICAL BURR GRINDER
This step is only required if there’s a blockade between the grinding burrs
and the grinder outlet.

TIGHTEN NUT
LOOSEN NUT
Remove hopper
Remove blockade at
the grinder duct using
the cleaning brush
or a pipe cleaner
Set GRIND SIZE to ‘1’
(finest setting)
Clean coffee outlet
duct with cleaning
brush
Use 10mm socket.
Rotate clockwise to
remove nut
Reinstall grind fan &
washers using long
nose pliers
Set GRIND SIZE to ‘16’
(coarsest setting)
Insert lower burr (drive
pin & cavity to align).
Insert flat washer &
spring washer
Remove top burr
Rotate anti-clockwise
to tighten nut
Before removing the
lower burr, loosen nut
& remove spring & flat
washer
Reinsert top burr
Remove grind fan
& washers using long
nose pliers
Set GRIND SIZE to ‘5’.
Place hopper on the
machine
WARNING:
Care should be taken as the grinder burrs
are extremely sharp.
