5-axis Machining

Exercise 17:

1. Use the CAM-Part prepared in Exercise 16.

2. Edit the 5-axis operation.

3. Simulate the operation. Note that the tool path does not reach the edges of the

drive surface because of the Cutting area option. This option is set to Full, avoid

cuts at exact edges.

4. Switch to the

Geometry page and set the Cutting area option to the Full, start

and end at exact surface edges.
