TheBIUcanbeconnectedwithaBiDirectionalAmplifierorBaseStationTranceiver.
ToconnecttheBIUwithaBDA,youneedtouseaduplexeroracirculatortoseparateTX/RXsignals
fromeachother.
TheBIUcanfeedexternalTX/RXsignalsfromtheBackPlane.
Using a dualbandMDBU, the BIU can easilyaccomodateallfrequency bands.Asseen in thetable
below, the MDBU is divided into Single and Dual Bandmodules and eachunit can be connected
with two carrier signals per band. At the rear of the MDBU, 4 ports represent the inputs for the
