Note: Make sure power is off and the power cord is not plugged into an elec-
trical outlet prior to performing any maintenance on the unit.
Clean or Replace Filter - Refer to Page 8 Operating Instructions Clean Filter section.
Clean the Unit Housing -
1) Keep the unit from being exposed directly to the sun to prevent color
fading.
2) Clean the surface with a damp cloth and dry it with a soft towel.

How to Drain the Internal Water Tank
1) Clean or replace filter - Refer to Operating Instructions Clean Filter section.
2) Unplug the unit and secure the power cord to the back of the unit
3) Remove bucket and empty all water(Fig-1)
4) While the bucket is removed, look inside the open bucket cavity on the dehumidifier and locate the
rubber drain plug.
5) Place a pan beneath the drain plug. Remove the drain plug to drain all water from the internal tank.
6) Once the internal tank has completely drained, replace the drain plug and press firmly until it is
completely inserted.
7) Insert the empty water bucket back into the dehumidifier
8) Your dehumidifier is now ready for storage or transportation.
9) The unit should be stored in a cool dry place.
