ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING SCHEDULES
The following policy applies to products shown on pages 71 thru 77 of this Price Book.
S&P has instituted the following shipping standards in order to better serve our customers. Using these
standards you can estimate when your order will ship, however, the shipping schedules will vary based on
the availability of inventory. S&P’s Customer Service team will notify you in a timely manner if there is a
problem with a pending order.
• Quantities per order are limited – please check with S&P Customer Service for shipping schedules
regarding orders of 5 or more units
• Shipping schedules for Dampers, Shutters, & Louvers are shown as symbols next to the list price for
each item. An order’s shipping schedule will be based on the longest shipping schedule product on the
order. The symbols are:
• For Next Day Shipments from Stock the order will ship the next business day after the order is
processed and acknowledged by S&P Customer Service. For 3 Day Shipments from Stock the order
will ship the 3rd business day after the order is processed and acknowledged by S&P Customer
Service. For 10 day Shipments the order will ship the 10th day after the order is processed and
acknowledged by S&P Customer Service.
• Orders received on a business day before 12:00 PM Eastern will be processed the same day and will
ship based on the criteria outlined in the 3rd bullet point above.
• Orders received on a business day after 12:00 PM Eastern will be processed the following business
day and will ship based on the criteria outlined in the 3rd bullet point above.
• Lead times are subject to inventory on hand as well as the approval of open credit, credit card
information, or other method of payment having been established.
SHIPPING POINTS
May very on occasion, but next day stock typically all items ship from Jacksonville, FL USA. Items marked
10 Day shipping time will drop ship from Romulus, MI.
