3. 18” high minimum curb is required for kitchen/grease removal applications - per NFPA 96 code. Self-ashing (non-canted) curb.
4. Caution: NFPA 96 code prohibits use of backdraft damper for grease removal applications.
5. Hinge kit is loose for eld attachment to the fan base and roof curb NFPA 96 code requires that the fan is hinged for access to regularly clean the fan and duct
work for all grease removal applications.
6. Grease trough attaches to roof curb below the fan drain tting. NFPA 96 code requires that some method of grease collection is provided for grease removal
applications.
7. Refer to submittals and catalog for construction specications and dimensional details.
9. For roof curb mount only-Not for sidewall mount.
10. Ships loose. Do not use for UL762 Applications.
11. Wall mount adaptor allows for easy attachment to a wood nailer or angle frame supplied by others. See current submittal for details.
