Freight Policy
The Pro-Vent group is categorized into three sub-groups: A, B and C.
A GROUP includes all products that are small enough to be shipped by parcel carrier and will be shipped
freight prepaid with an order of $750 net or higher. If order is less than $750 net then freight will be added
according to zone pricing as outlined below. *These products are identified by the following symbol:
B GROUP includes the majority of the Pro-Vent products and will have freight added based on destination
zone. Please refer to the attached map to determine zone. Any order over $7500 net order will be freight
prepaid. Each zone has an additional percentage of list order price to add on for freight costs. The
breakdown of zones is as follows:
Zone 1: add 2.5% of list price
Zone 2: add 7% of list price
Zone 3: add 5.5% of list price
Zone 4: add 7% of list price
Zone 5: add 8% of list price
For any areas outside of the zones, such as Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, please contact our
customer service department for a freight quote.
C GROUP some of the Pro-Vent products are oversized and are not included in the general freight policy.
Freight charges for any of these products must be quoted per order, through the customer service
department.

QUICKSHIP COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS FREIGHT
The Quickship Commercial Product Line is categorized into two sub-groups: B and C.
B GROUP includes the majority of the Quickship Commercial Products and will have freight added based
on destination zone up to 5 units, for orders and/or quotes over 5 units S&P will provide a Freight Quote.
Please refer to the attached map to determine zone. Each zone has an additional percentage of list order
price to add on for freight costs. The breakdown of zones is as follows:
Zone 1: add 7.5% of list price
Zone 2: add 9.0% of list price
Zone 3: add 8.0% of list price
Zone 4: add 9.5% of list price
Zone 5: add 10.0% of list price

and Puerto Rico, please contact our customer service
department for a freight quote.
C GROUP some of the Quickship Commercial Products are oversized and are not included in the general
freight policy. Freight charges for any of these products must be quoted per order, through the customer
service department.

Any special order curbs (pitched, coating, ect.) will be drop shipped with true freight costs billed.
Quickship Commercial Products freight policy is not applicable for accessory only orders. These orders
will be processed with the standard pre-pay and add.

Order Example:
SDB06MH1S - List $ = $614
411012 - List $ = $ 33
711216 - List $ = $152
Total List $ = $799
Freight % = x .08
Freight Amount = $63.92
This freight policy cannot be used for projects created in the Optisizer2 Fan
Selection program or on any product not in this catalog.
