8. Insert the two supplied screws through the outer heat sink fin on both sides of the
inverter and into the bracket (see
Figure 13
). Tighten the screws with a torque of 4.0
N*m / 2.9 lb.*ft.
9. Remove the inverter cover: Open the inverter cover’s six Allen screws and carefully
pull the cover horizontally before lowering it.

Remove the StorEdge Connection Unit covers:
a. Release the six screws attaching the StorEdge Connection Unit external cover to
the enclosure and lift the cover.
b. Open the four internal screws securing the transparent cover to the enclosure
and remove the cover.
