Connect the external shutdown switch wires to the E1 and E2terminals.
4. Close the StorEdge Connection Unit cover.
5. Turn on the external shutdown switch.
6.
Turn on AC.
7.
Enable remote shutdown:
a. Enter Setup mode.
b. Select Maintenance è Power Control è Remote Shutdown è Enable.
To check the external shutdown switch operation:
1. Turn on the inverter Remove the StorEdge Connection Unit covers: on page 38
2.
Turn off the inverter's ACcircuit breaker on the main distribution panel.
3. Make sure the inverter switches to Backup mode.
4.
Turn off the external shutdown switch.
5. Check that the DCvoltage (displayed on the inverter's LCD)decreases to 30V within
30 seconds.
6. Turn on the external shutdown switch.
