 Sofia Q function may be affected by RF, you may need to take measures to mitigate the RF and
restore Sofia Q performance. Portable RF communications equipment (including peripherals such
as antenna cables and external antennas) should be used no closer than 30 cm (12 inches) to any
part of the Sofia Q”
 If the system does not detect the cassette upon insertion, remove the cassette fully and reinsert
gently.
 If the system does not pair during the App workflow and no errors arise, close the app, and restart
it to try again.
