Body monitoring
Always measure in bare feet. Personal data
must be programmed in first.
➀ Switch on the scales by pressing the ON/OFF key.
➁ Select store within 3 seconds (1 ... 12)
(Down key
▼ = minus , Up key ▲ = plus )
and wait until 0.0 is displayed.

Stand on the scales. Weight will be displayed. Then
the body analysis will start. Please stand still until
the analysis is completed. Then the body fat and
body water levels will be displayed as percentages
of total body weight.
Weighing operation
➀ Switch on the scales by pressing the ON/OFF key.
➁ Press the ON/OFF key again and wait until 0.0
is displayed.

Stand on the scales. Weight will be displayed.
