The Cylinder is proprietary to SodaStream, patent pendin

hts. Further, to protect users’ sa

ety and health, various directives

ulations

overn and re

ulate the use, re

illin
g
, maintenance, retestin
g
and repair
of the Cylinder. SodaStream possesses the le

ally required knowled
g
e and expertise to
be responsible for strict legal compliance that can only be guaranteed if the

ylinder is
maintained, examined, retested and refilled b
y
it. Thus, the
Cy
linder remains the

ro

ert
y
of

oda
S
tream and is

rovided under License.
1. When empty, please return the Cylinder to either SodaStream or an authorize

. This License will continue to bind the use of each subse

uent

linder.
