To pair the CHS with your computer:
You only need to pair the CHS with you computer the first time you try to
connect.
1. IMPORTANT! If using Windows 7 or Vista, make sure you are running SocketScan 10 with
administrative privileges. Right-click on the SocketScan 10 desktop shortcut icon. In the pop-
up menu, click Properties. Click Advanced... Select Run as administrator and click OK.
2. Click on the SocketScan icon in the task tray
. In the pop-up menu, click Socket EZ Pair.
If the icon does not appear, click on the desktop shortcut for SocketScan 10
to launch the program.
3. Click 2D Scanner.
