ASSEMBLING THE AC ADAPTER
If you wish to charge the CHS with the AC adapter, the correct plug for your region must
be attached first. Four different plugs are included. Simply find the correct plug for your
region and slide it into the head of the adapter until it latches. Plug the cable into the
AC adapter head, making sure it is positioned correctly.
The charger cannot be sold in Japan.
CHARGING THE SCANNER
The CHS must be fully charged before first use. Use the AC adapter to charge
from a wall outlet, or the USB cable to charge from a PC. Optional charging
accessories are also available. Initial charging takes about 3 hours.
The LED will be solid red while charging and green when the battery is full.
If you use the USB cable, charging will cease if the PC enters suspend
mode.
