5 | Socketscan 10 for CHS Series 7 Barcode Scanners
SocketScan 10 software sends data from your Socket Bluetooth Cordless Hand Scanner
(CHS) Series 7 v3 into any application running on the SoMo 655. This lets you use the
CHS without having to program custom applications. The software comes pre-loaded
on the SoMo 655 running Windows Mobile 6 Service Pack 8 or later but needs to be
installed.
These instructions do not apply to version 1 or 2 of the CHS, nor to the CRS
Series 9.
These instructions are for using the CHS in Bluetooth SPP mode. For Bluetooth
HID instructions please refer to your CHS manual.
