5. Notice the circuit protector button on the control box
of your tree stand (Fig. 9). This button will pop if there
is an overload or short circuit situation. If this occurs,
unplug the tree stand and any light sets plugged into the
tree stand’s electric outlets. Push the circuit protector
button to reset. If the circuit protector pops again, this
may indicate a short circuit. Contact Snow Joe Customer
Service (1-866-766-9563) for service or replacement. If
the button does not pop again, there may be an overload
condition. Check to see that the number of light sets
plugged into the stand does not exceed the 10 amp
maximum allowed.
Maintenance and Storage
1. Carefully remove the tree pole from the stand. Do not
place unnecessary stress on the stand, control box or
wires.
2. Thoroughly inspect the stand for any damaged or
worn parts. Check for cracks in the enclosures, loose
connections, or electric cord damage. If damage is seen
or suspected, contact Snow Joe Customer Service
(1-866-766-9563) or your authorized Snow Joe dealer.
Do not attempt to service or repair the tree stand yourself.
3. Store the tree stand safely in its original box and prevent
access by small children or unauthorized users.
4. Keep away from excessive heat and humidity.
