2. Charging the internal battery
Although the Indago can be charged using the
cigarette lighter in your vehicle, a complete charge
is more easily achieved by using the 240V AC
mains charger included. When new, the battery in
your Indago is approximately 20% charged.
To charge the unit fully, switch the ‘Batt. ON/OFF’
switch to the ‘OFF’ position and connect the
240V AC mains charger as indicated in the picture
on the right. The Indago will take approximately
3 hours to charge. When the Indago's internal
battery is fully charged the orange LED will turn
green.
Once fully charged the battery will last approximately
3 hrs during normal use.
Note: The new battery’s full performance is only achieved
after two or three complete charges and discharges.
3. Powering the Indago using the built-in battery
Once the Indago has been fully charged it is ready for use. Push
the ‘Batt. ON/OFF’ switch to the ‘ON’ position and press and hold
the standby power switch on the left hand side of the unit for
2 seconds to activate the device.
WARNING: PLEASE DO NOT USE OR LEAVE THE INDAGO

TEMPERATURES, AS THIS COULD PERMANENTLY
DAMAGE THE UNIT AND THE BATTERY.
